Advertisers must seek the permission of the photographer(s) involved if they wish to take up this option.
This service is available only where the advertiser has indicated that they would like to be included on the web and sought permission from the photographer.

 

REPRINTS
Available for full and half pages only. All reprints must be ordered at time of submitting advertisement copy.

 

Please note that breeder advertisements with product endorsements (text only) carry a 15% premium

PLEASE NOTE: Every effort will be made to print your illustrations to the highest standard. We will endeavour to ensure their safe keeping but cannot be held responsible in the event of any loss. We reserve the right to reject poor quality pictures, unsuitable material and copy. To keep down administrative costs we issue emailed proofs only.

 

 

Tips for sending your advertisement

DO keep copy as short as possible – fewer words look better and make a bigger impact! Copy should ideally be typed, in upper and lower case;
we are not responsible for errors if copy is handwritten
DO send only good quality photographic prints, high resolution (300dpi) TIFF or JPEG file for the best possible reproduction of your advertisement
DO mark photographs clearly on reverse. Use a label
DO enclose a self-addressed envelope for return of photos
DO enclose all necessary photos with your copy (we cannot chase photographers on your behalf)
DO add to the total cost any fees for reprints or web advertisements
DO enter the price on the order form and state date (postmark will prove qualification date)
DON’T send computer-generated ink/bubble jet prints as these are unsuitable
DON’T submit advertisements generated in Microsoft Word or Publisher as these are unsuitable for printing. These will be used as a design
guide only and will be re-set
DON’T exceed the recommended maximum number of words
DON’T cut or mark your print. For cut-out effects or ovals, mark these on a photocopy where possible
• When sending complete files please use high resolution pdfs
• Please bear in mind that we may ask you to resend a file if it contains errors
